We export women's tights, illusion sheer tights and leggings to markets worldwide. This policy sets out shipping methods, transit times, costs and risk allocation.

1. Destinations

We ship to major markets in North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, South America and Oceania. Certain destinations may be unavailable due to export controls, sanctions or local market-access restrictions; this will be confirmed at quotation stage.

2. Incoterms

Quotations are normally on EXW or FOB terms as stated in the Proforma Invoice. Common arrangements:

• EXW: goods are made available at our factory; onward transport, export clearance and insurance are the buyer's responsibility.
• FOB: we deliver to the nominated port and complete export clearance; risk passes once loaded on board.
• CIF / CFR: we arrange ocean freight (and insurance under CIF) to the destination port; import clearance and inland transport are the buyer's responsibility.
• DDP: door-to-door with duties paid can be arranged on request (not available in all countries).

3. Methods & Transit Times

Transit times below are estimates excluding production and customs clearance, and vary with routes, peak season and inspections:

• Express (DHL / FedEx / UPS): 3–7 working days — ideal for samples and small orders
• Air freight: 5–10 working days — mid-volume, time-sensitive orders
• FCL ocean freight: 25–40 days — best cost for large volumes
• LCL ocean freight: 30–45 days — small to medium volumes
• Rail (China–Europe): 18–25 days — for inland European destinations

4. Lead Time

Lead time starts when the deposit is received and all order details are confirmed. Standard styles take about 15–30 working days; customised styles 25–45 working days. During peak season (Singles' Day, Black Friday, pre-Christmas) we recommend ordering 45–60 days ahead.

Sample orders usually ship within 3–7 working days for stock styles.

5. Packaging

• Standard: individual OPP bag + inner box + export-grade 5-ply carton
• Optional: colour boxes, hang tags, barcode labels, Amazon FBA labels, printed cartons
• We recommend packing by style, colour and size, with style numbers and quantities marked on each carton
• Custom packaging is subject to minimum order quantities

6. Tracking

After dispatch we provide the tracking number and packing list. You can track via the carrier's website or the link we provide. For FCL shipments a copy of the bill of lading (B/L) is available.

7. Duties & Taxes

Unless DDP terms apply, import duties, VAT, consumption taxes and clearance fees in the destination country are borne by the buyer. We assist with commercial invoices, certificates of origin and other clearance documents, but are not liable for storage or return costs arising from delayed clearance by the buyer.

8. Risk Transfer

Risk passes according to the agreed Incoterm: EXW at our factory; FOB and CIF/CFR once goods are loaded on board at the port of shipment. After that point, claims for loss or damage should be filed with the carrier or insurer; we will assist with the necessary documents.

9. Split & Combined Shipments

For multi-style orders we can arrange split shipments as agreed in the PI. Additional freight from splitting is shared as mutually agreed. Combining several orders into one shipment can reduce freight costs; please advise in advance.
