These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between Chongqing Weibaizhong Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us" or "the Company") and any user ("you") who accesses or uses chinatai.shop (the "Site").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or browsing the Site, or by submitting an inquiry through it, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Use of the Site

The Site presents information about our women's tights, illusion sheer tights and leggings, and provides channels for inquiries, quotations and business communication. It is intended for business customers, wholesalers, brands and e-commerce sellers, not as a consumer retail platform.

You agree not to use the Site for unlawful or improper purposes, including unauthorised data scraping, uploading malicious code, interfering with normal operation, infringing intellectual property, or impersonating others.

3. Product Information & Images

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, specifications and images. However:

• Colour variance: Actual colours may differ reasonably from images due to displays and lighting. The approved sample or mutually confirmed colour card prevails.
• Specification tolerances: Textiles are subject to industry-standard tolerances in weight, size and elasticity (typically ±3%–5%).
• Product updates: We may improve construction or packaging without notice, but will never reduce the agreed quality standard of a confirmed order.

Site content is not a warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or regulatory compliance. You are responsible for confirming that products meet the labelling, composition and market-access requirements of your destination market.

4. Quotations & Pricing

• Final prices are not shown on the Site. All prices are subject to our formal Quotation or Proforma Invoice (PI).
• Quotations are normally in USD and valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated.
• Unless specified, prices are EXW or FOB and exclude freight, insurance, import duties and destination taxes.
• We may adjust quotations if raw material costs, exchange rates or order quantities change significantly; confirmed orders with deposit paid are unaffected.

5. Orders & Contract Formation

Product listings and inquiry replies are an invitation to treat, not an offer for sale. An order is formed only when:

1. Both parties confirm style, specification, quantity, price and lead time;
2. We issue a Proforma Invoice;
3. You sign and return the PI and pay the deposit;
4. We confirm receipt of payment.

Each product has a minimum order quantity (MOQ) as stated on the product page or quotation. Orders below MOQ may be declined or surcharged.

Customised orders (private label, colour changes, specification changes, custom packaging) cannot be cancelled or modified once production has started.

6. Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods:

• Bank transfer (T/T): 30% deposit with order, 70% before shipment; other terms may be agreed for long-term partners.
• Online payment: via Airwallex, PayPal or similar providers (suitable for samples and small orders).
• Others: letter of credit (L/C) or other methods confirmed in writing.

Unless otherwise agreed, all bank charges, intermediary fees and payment platform fees are borne by the payer. Delays caused by the payer's bank will extend the delivery date accordingly.

7. Production & Lead Time

Lead time starts from the date the deposit is received and all order details are confirmed. Standard items typically take 15–30 working days; customised items 25–45 working days, as stated in the PI.

Delays caused by raw material supply, public holidays (e.g. Chinese New Year) or customs inspection are not attributable to us; the delivery date will be extended accordingly and we will keep you informed.

8. Intellectual Property

All text, images, layout and marks on the Site are owned by us or the respective rights holders and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

Trademarks, artwork and designs supplied by you for custom production remain your property. You warrant that you hold lawful rights to them and bear related responsibility. We use them solely per your instructions and never for other customers or our own brands.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit or loss of goodwill arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site.
• For any order, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid for that order.
• Quality claims must be raised within the period stated in our Refund & Return Policy; afterwards goods are deemed accepted.

10. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including earthquakes, floods, epidemics, war, government action, strikes, port closures or major international shipping disruption. The affected party shall notify the other within a reasonable time and provide evidence.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, either party may bring proceedings before the competent people's court at our place of business. Both parties shall continue to perform the undisputed parts pending resolution.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Revised Terms take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance. Confirmed orders remain governed by the Terms in force at the time of confirmation.

These Terms are provided in Chinese and English. In case of discrepancy, the Chinese version prevails.
